The infamous quote, “Live Fast. Die Young.” is such a misleading message. Embrace life and seek adventure but take care of your body while doing so. God only gives us one body and it's our job to strengthen it. That's why “Train Hard. Die Old.” resonates so well with us as a motto. Take care of your body. Train hard. Eat right. Stay active.
