Overview

This website is operated by Barbarian Fitness Co. ("Barbarian Fitness," "we," "us"), located at 3770 Francis Circle, Suite 501, Alpharetta, GA 30004. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access the site or use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

By using this site you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our apparel and lifting gear as accurately as possible, but colors and print placement may vary slightly by monitor and by garment. Certain items — including our hoodies — are made to order and are produced only after your order is placed. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an error, with a full refund.

Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Payment is processed at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, product names, photography, and copy on this site are the property of Barbarian Fitness Co. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

Prohibited Use

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To infringe our intellectual property or that of others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload viruses or malicious code of any kind
• To scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users
• To interfere with the security features of the Service

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Weight training carries inherent risk — consult a physician before beginning any training program, inspect lifting gear before each use, and use all equipment at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barbarian Fitness Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or our products.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to support@barbarianfitness.co.

What We Collect

When you visit or make a purchase from barbarianfitness.co, we collect certain information about you and your device:

• Contact data — name, email, phone, billing + shipping address
• Order data — items purchased, order value, payment method type
• Device data — IP address, browser, time zone, pages viewed
• Marketing preferences — newsletter + SMS opt-in status

How We Use It

We use your information to fulfill orders (processing payment, arranging shipping, providing confirmations and tracking), to communicate with you, to screen orders for fraud, and — in line with the preferences you have shared — to provide you with information about our products, drops, and promotions.

Sharing With Third Parties

We share your personal information with a small set of service providers who help us operate the store: Shopify, which powers our online store; payment processors who handle your transaction; shipping carriers who deliver your order; and analytics and advertising partners who help us understand how customers use the site. Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect checkout functionality. We also honor standard browser privacy signals where required by law.

Marketing Communications

If you join the Horde (our email list) or opt in to SMS, we will send you drop announcements, restocks, and offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to any text, or by emailing support@barbarianfitness.co.

Data Retention & Security

We retain order records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards — including TLS encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Contact

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@barbarianfitness.co with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Processing Times

In-stock items — lifting gear, headwear, accessories, and stocked apparel — ship within 1–3 business days of your order. Made-to-order items, including our hoodies, are produced after you order and require 7–10 business days of production time before shipping. Orders containing both may ship in separate packages at no extra cost.

Domestic Shipping (US)

We ship to all 50 states from our facility in Alpharetta, GA. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination:

• Standard — 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Expedited — 2–3 business days after dispatch
• FREE standard shipping on US orders over $75

International Shipping

We currently offer limited international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after dispatch. Any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Need to fix an address? Email support@barbarianfitness.co as soon as possible — we can update an address any time before the order ships. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If it still hasn't surfaced within 48 hours, email us and we will open a claim and make it right. Packages that arrive damaged should be reported within 7 days with photos of the packaging and contents.

APO/FPO & PO Boxes

We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited options are not available for these destinations, and military mail may require additional transit time.

30-Day Return Window

We stand behind our gear. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging where applicable.

Made-to-Order Exceptions

Made-to-order items — including our hoodies — are produced specifically for you and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, in which case we will replace them at no cost (see below).

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or animal hair
• Original tags attached (apparel + headwear)
• Lifting gear unused and in original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Accompanied by the order number

How to Start a Return

Email support@barbarianfitness.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest route is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement — that way your new gear ships immediately. Standard size exchanges on eligible items are always free of restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you haven't seen the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or card issuer first, then email us and we'll track it down.

Damaged, Defective & Final Sale Items

If anything arrives damaged or defective — including made-to-order items — email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it in full, no return shipping required. Gift cards and items marked clearance or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
